PC - Wraith Withering Vines Body Cosmetic In Inventory Without Purchasing

This appeared after buying The Bloodstained Sack on steam.
The Withering Vines event body for The Wraith appeared in my inventory without me purchasing it.
I haven't lost any auric cells over this either.
The price for the full Seeping Hollow outfit hasn't decreased either despite the body being in my inventory.

Yep, looks like it's back. We had this happen when they gave out Meg's Deathgarden mask too.
