Is Cross-Progression Available Between Switch / PS5?

Hey Folks!
Sorry if I should know / be able to figure this out by now, but I'm predominately a PS5 player and would like to be able to "take my game on the road" with me when I travel on my Switch. Is it possible to pick-up where I left off, or is that not possible between the two systems?

It’s not possible. Cross progression is currently only available for Steam, Stadia and Epic. Switch should join those systems but but currently it’s not know if any Microsoft or Sony platform will ever get cross Progression for DbD.
