No footstep sounds on new map, but ambient sounds sound like footsteps and healing sounds?

Eryie of Crows, killer can't hear footsteps, but some of the ambient sounds on the map sound exactly like healing sounds and footstep sounds. As if tracking survivors wasn't difficult enough with Shadowstep and Iron Will.
Coupled with the one hook killers can camp for a free kill, the map should be disabled until these issues are fixed.

Not really a bug, just terrible design. But yes the ambient healing is incredibly frustrating, i currently just facecamp every game on this giant map to get it over with quickly, unless the team I'm against are obviously new.
