Coup de Grace bugged on PC

I'm getting way more stacks then normal with Coup
I was playing Legion in one of the farm maps and had 5 stacks after 2 gens were done.
They also didn't always deplete on use

Honestly. hope they keep this bug. coup de grâce is such a fun perk idea ruined by conditions.
