Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Notice The game menu background is Very dark but the menu is fine, Start any game mode
Step 3 : in Game try to see in a complete lack of brightness
Step 4 : Notice the game can be seen a little bit near heavy sources of light but is unplayable

Dissregard I needed to update graĥic card XD XD XD MY BAD
Edit : Even the graphic card update did not fix this, game is not playable for me

people found a workaround
press windows + R
type %appdata%
back one folder by clicking on appdata in the command line on top of the window
then go in local and delete deadbydaylight folder
fixed it for most people
