PC - Game refused to end after the endgame collapse

I was being chased by a killer during the endgame collapse, and I got downed at the exact same time as the timer reached zero. Which resulted in this:
The killer could not pick me up, I couldn't crawl and the game did not end either. Both of us were stuck for a couple of minutes, after which I decided to Alt + F4.
Some other information which might be useful:
Killer - Demogorgon
Survivors - Dwight, Zarina, Claudette, Mikaela
Map - Autohaven Wreckers (Azarov's Resting Place)
