We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
The Artist Severed Hands Bug on PC

I was playing on PC just now against The Artist. She had the Severed Hands addon. There were a couple of instances where 2 of us got swarmed even though birds weren't shot at us and we weren't currently being swarmed. In the endgame, I got swarmed after running passed a broken hook where a survivor previously got sacrificed. This also happens sometimes when you go to heal a downed survivor.
