On the Eyrie of Crows map, there is always one plague fountain that forces your camera to zoom in on the fountain as you're cleansing, making you unable to see your surroundings until you stop cleansing.
Platform: PC (Steam)
This occurs every time the killer is Plague while on the Eyrie of Crows map.
