I think that there should be another way of buying perks
I get that the shrine is there, but I would have to wait so long to get 3 different perks for my ideal loadout for The Docter (listed below)
Dark Devotion
Lethal Pursuer
Hex: Retribution
Huntress Lullaby
and if I could go to the store, and choose a perk to buy, even if it cost more, that would be awesome. Since the random perks cost 2k shards, the chosen perks could cost 3k shards
(edit) also, what do you think of my loadout for the Doctor? is it too toxic?

Yeah, that would be very cool.
But then you could just buy the stuff you want. Not good - you need incentive and motivation to grind.
So the stuff you want comes last... That is modern game psychology

Well, the point is that it's a lot more expensive, and most people can't buy it because we don't pay for shards
