Something needs to be done with the Shrine of Secrets

There are currently enough survivor perks to go a year without repeating a perk. Not only are the odds of getting the perk you want really bad, but if you don't happen to be playing when it does drop you are SOL. Add in the fact that certain perks appear regularly (usually base survivor perks) It's clear that something needs to be changed.

Suggestions:

Add more perks per week: would help but wouldn't necessarily fix the problem.

Increase the odds of perks appearing the longer they have not: Would help with rare perks, but may make most wanted perks more elusive

Add a shrine re-roll option:

I agree with increasing the odds of perks appearing the longer they haven't been in there, but I'd also like to float a new suggestion - remove perks from the pool that belong to characters everyone has available. Dwight, Meg, Claudette, Jake, Nea, David, Trapper, Wraith, Hillbilly, Nurse, and Huntress; get them out of the shrine. People should not be buying these perks and it's very much a waste of shards, when shards are a much harder resource to come by than bloodpoints especially at the start of the game (which is the only time players might not have all the default character perks.)
