Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Survivor in a public match with friends you can communicate with
Step 3 : In-game, gain tokens on Corrective Action
Step 4 : Have a teammate perform a good/great skill check and a token of Corrective Action will be used

- Bug has happened with both Mikaela and Jonah
- Bug happens with every team mate's skill check
