Bloodweb Taking away perk's early

Description: After level 50 when claiming the first perk on a web before the entity appears 1 of the 3 remaining perk's is claimed (this is normal), however upon claiming any add-on afterword's, regardless of bloodweb progression (to clarify there is no progression towards any other perk's meaning the entity should be claiming add-on's until it can't or another perk is claimed by the player), one of the remaining perk's will be claimed followed by the other if an add-on is claimed. This make's it impossible to claim 2 perk's during a bloodweb as there are at least 2 add-ons between perk's.
Reproduction: Kind of hard since it's not player controlled.
Occurrence: Rare but has happened often enough to be an annoyance
