Flashbang suggestion

I've recently been bringing this perk to some of my games and it's actually pretty fun to use despite it being a replica of the firecrackers.
However, the item itself could use some help. Killers can easily counter it by looking up/away for a split second or two and it's obvious when it's about to go off.
Let's make it more viable by allowing it to disorient the killer when the blind doesn't work. For instance:
- Killers 4 meters within the blast radius will be deafened for X seconds. (6-10 seconds?)
- While deafened, the environment will be muffled and the killer will not be able to hear footsteps, fast vaults, generator repairs, loud noise notification cues (the notification will proc, but the noise indicator won't), grunts of pain, etc.
This could bring flashbangs into a higher level of viability while remaining fair and requiring some skill from the survivor to pull off. The perk requirements can remain the same, but the flashbang itself could use a buff like this.
