PC - Wraith cannot take survivors and cannot turn invisible

After knocking a survivor to the ground (I'm not sure at all), I couldn't catch him and I couldn't make myself invincible either. And finally, if I did not take any action, my weapon would become invincible, as if I were. This happens on the PC platform, Steam and this is the first time this error has occurred to me.

Perks played: Sluppy Butcher, Surge, Shadowborn and Iron Grasp
Map: Backwater Swamp
