PC - Missing halloween items Jill/Leon

I noticed that I'm missing all halloween items on Jill and Leon. I know for a fact I got items on them and now it seems after I've merged with Epic games my items have gone missing from these two specifically.
Missing items: Spooky med-kit, torch and addons
Has anyone else noticed any issues with these two specifically?
