Yeah I am already VERY concerned. I just don't understand why BHVR feels like they need licensed chapters. They seriously do not, and it is kind of infuriating.
Also, they ruined the surprise already... AGAIN. I expect the excitement for this chapter to blow over very quickly unless BHVR does it justice.

What powers does she have in the movies? I think she isn't a running type like the Blight, she seems like another teleporting killer.

I'm hoping it'll be a case of micromanaging different survivors from achieving secondary objectives, and if they don't achieve these objectives survivors cannot progress the game until they do (think active RBTs but they're actually threatening), something like a Death Timer that constantly ticks down unless you purify yourself with Rosemary

Yeah well they massively screwed him up for no good reason. He would've been more unique and fun if they actually stuck with what he is. But that's Nemesis. Someone they clearly never have 2 dookies about. They then went on to release Hellraiser which I get some may find boring but in accuracy he was probably as good as you can get. Obviously in strength he could use some changes but just theming of the power is perfectly fine. But The Ring... If they gave her anti-loop... Well I may go off a bit. Sort of like Nemesjs because I jut hate inaccuracy. I would do it for Freddy to but at bare minimum when Freddy launched he was both unique, interesting, AND accurate.

Samara is an awesome looking character for DbD. I’m mainly wondering how they’ll differentiate her from Spirit and Nurse mechanically. Samara’s whole deal in the movies is more like a curse than directly attacking people. Watch her video and die 7 days later. Makes me wonder if they’ll have a curse type mechanism where she can mark a survivor somehow and after a set amount of time something bad happens?
Either way I’m way more interested in this IP than I was Resident Evil or Silent Hill, so good stuff! 🙂

Pyramid Head was fine imo. He was a good addition in terms of balance (not fun), strong but not overbearing. Definitely not biased here
