Can't report, Offender ID cannot be blank, the person was playing from epic games store, what to do?
It's starting, the hackerfest is starting, how am i suppose to report them without knowing their ID?

With other platforms other than Steam, all you need to put is the gametag of the player - so the in-game name, as these are not able to be changed as easily on other platforms as they are on Steam (which is why we ask for Steam 64ID for Steam players as players can change names easily on that platform).
If you put that information on the ticket as well as a link to the video evidence, the information can be taken from the report.

I don't think it will let you put the gamertag section blank, so if you are unable to put it in there - write the reason in that section instead

To my knowledge you just have to enter any info you have and out the nametag of the offender as the idea. If support reaches out to you because the Steam if is missing you can just answer that it was a crossplay player (which you probably can also mention in the ticket description)

Can i ask for an extra question, is it possible to report the person even if his gamer tag is one sentence long and in mandarin? are there any other option? thank you.

If you can screenshot the name, you can add it in on the report - if you are unable to type out the name.
