Dead Hard / hit detection needs to be reworked.

As someone who mostly plays as survivor, I don't have a huge problem with Dead Hard. It in itself if admittedly a really good perk and is the topic of discussion for a lot of people concerning the balance of the game. I don't necessarily believe it deserves a nerf, but in its current state, it is a miserable perk to play against, and it does not help that if a survivor isn't running Dead Hard, they most certainly are running some other top meta perk that probably also sparks controversy. Dead Hard has semi-consistently been giving survivors an endurance hit when the game itself is convinced that you hit them. This has happened to me with pallets as well, where I 100% got a hit, and I am rewarded with an attack swing cooldown, or a stun instead, as seen here (I literally got points for the hit in the first gif, but it still didn't count):
In the second gif I had hit the survivor, and she screamed in the video, as well as blood splattering on my screen.
I know it wouldn't be easy to have a system in the game that can detect the hit validation not working as it probably should, but this here is just awful to play against.
