PC- The Cenobite's box ended up in unreachable spot on Raccoon City Police Station

I've only experienced this once but I can't imagine I'm the only one. Occasionally The Cenobite's box spawns on a spot on RCPS that makes it unobtainable by both survivors and killers. It occurs on the roof by the helicopter crash. I've attached two images below (Cropped to hide survivor usernames). Neither Bill nor I could touch the box.
