Switch/XBox- unfinished healing and being kicked off injured people

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : me and two others play together. 2 on Xbox and me on switch
Step 3 : when we are healing each other and the healing says it’s finished and kicks us off the person but then they stay injured and have about 1% left to be healed
Step 4: this has happen for all 3 of us
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played - Nea, Meg, Yun-Jin, Kate, Mikaela and Lauri
- Perks played - Circle or healing, borrowed time, decisive strike, adrenaline, hope, lithe, diversion, for the people, dead hard
- Map - Ormond and Backwater Swamp, Haddon Field, Autowreckers and more
- Frequency of the issue - this happens once to sometimes four times a game and it happens in about 50% of the games we play

this also happens to me so much it is so frustrating. also this 99% heal glitch happens when i use medkits as well
