PC - league points do not advance

Recently a friend of mine is experiencing a bug that not allow him to advance to the next division of his league. he is Gold 4. He win 3 games in a row with a good score with 3 irisdicent gold and silver and 4 but the bar of progress did not advance on the 3 games that i explain and of top of that if he lose one game with good score and 3 irisdicent he loses one point of progress.

The name is Alukanger, around 8 games or more he have that annoying bug. Please check that to find a solution.

Players that he plays: Feng Min and Mikaela Reid.

He only plays as survivor.

The issue is frecuently.

You need more than 11 points to gain a pip at that level, with a bronze, gold and iri emblem that's only 8 points, so not enough for one pip...so your friend gained the safety pip as shown in the screenshots.
