Game servers not registrating the hits

Platform: PC (Epic Games Store)

Issue occured: 4-5 times during about 3 weeks.

The issue occured on 3 basic killers so far, Trapper, Huntress and Wraith. The thing is, I hit the survivor as he drops a pallet, I hear a hit (splat), survivor screams, bah, if they were injured they scream in a "getting downed" manner, but no damage is applied and no points are awarded.

How to rproduce: use any survivor and any from those 3 killers, then try to hit a survivor that drops a pallet. Use any map, any pallet location. Use Epic Games Store version of game.

This is pallet validation. The server is recognising who has completed the action first...the reason you are getting the hit feedback is because that is instant on the killers side, but the server has rejected the hit.
