I though about have an OG version were "tryhards" would enjoy it with all old (maps, movement, legacy,no breakable wall, only og killers etc) (im talking when dbd was around 2016/2019) (a good killer can manage it)

And in the new dbd like "futuristic" with all new also is gonna be good for the mmr because all new players are gonna enjoy the same "level/skill". Most of the people miss old dbd and i guess these would be a good idea, also kinda hard to realize but with enough people working will be easy to get.

Or why not keep all the good changes and revert the bad ones?

Back in August to Early October I was actually trying to write a post similar to this, where I created my own DbD by mainly attempting to fix some of the core issues within matches, mainly the common frustrations like camping, tunneling, gen speeds and the feeling of repetitiveness. As well I wanted to add more objectives.

I mainly wanted to focus on repetitiveness and gen speeds, I did this by making the game have 3 main stages, called Early Dawn, The Exchange, and Endgame Collapse. As well as making the killer have more control on the flow of the Trial, if they were performing well the Trial would progress much faster. Now usually this is a bad thing for killers how ever the changes I had planned would change that.

Early Dawn was a set up period, gens were blocked, totems were invisible and the killer would be Undetectable. After the killer would get a hit, or after 60 seconds have passed Early Dawn would be over. The Trial would then be in Limbo.

Limbo is a stage of the game similar to what we have now, both sides dont have anything other to worry about other than their objectives.

After the first stage of Limbo was over, The Exchange would begin. During The Exchange a random "Event" would begin, an Event would force both sides to pause their normal objectives and focus on this one, if they successfully beated the other side they would be rewarded. After the Exchange is over, the trial would once again be put into Limbo.

I had a whole new mechanic which I briefly talked about but didn't give a name, the Entity's Satisfaction. This mechanic controlled how fast the Trial would advance into the next stage and served as a secondary objective for both sides. Survivors would want to dissatisfy the Entity while Killers would want to satisfy her. This mechanic heavily influenced the final stage, being The Endgame Collapse

Depending on how satisfied the Entity was, determined how much time Survivors had before they would be sacrificed. In my version of the game the Collapse could start even if there are generators remaining.

There was a lot more, this was the main gist of it, I stopped writing it since I realized just how ambitious it was and kind of made me sad lmao

I don't understand. Only new players will be allowed to play the futuristic mode?

No. New players could play the old one as well. It's just for people who preferred the older version's game mechanics better.

It has bugs since the first version. They don't have the ability to make a good game let alone two! hahahaha
