Sprint Burst/Post-Hit Sprint bug

Loaded into public game as survivor.
Bug 1 - Attempted to run with sprint burst from game beginning - I was immediately exhausted and sprint burst did not activate.
Bug 2 - After being hit, I was again exhausted and gained no move speed.
Bug 3 - I was the obsession from the game beginning with no obsession perks from myself or killer.
Additional information
Survivor (me) - Jane Romero - Borrowed Time, We're Gonna Live Forever, Prove Thyself, Sprint Burst - No item/add ons.
Killer - The Pig - Hex:Ruin, Barbecue & Chilli, Whispers, Monitor and Abuse - Tampered Timer plus Bag of Gears
This bug has only happened once.
