Is cross progression coming to PS4?

I just recently started playing on PC (heaven compared to PS4 btw) and having to start from the ground is so frustrating

i spend a lot of money on skin in PS4 so it would be great to be able to transfer all of my stuff to PC


does anyone know if there plans to implement cross progression on PS4?
