More speed on killers please

You know I love to play Killers. But at the same time, I don't understand why the developers recently forgot about such a thing as Bloodlust. Why can't you create a perk that allows you to move faster around the map, but disable Bloodlust in form or create the ability to accumulate it a little longer?

I mean, Nurse, Rin, Oni, the Blight and Billy weren't missing out on a pie called speed. And the rest of the maniacs running on foot are often subjected to genrash, because while you are trying to run to the generator, the survivors can start the distant generator in two or three, and create a situation on the map in the form of 2-3, where there is a hook with 3 remaining genes.

I really want to believe that the killer from the new 23 chapter somehow... powerful killer.Which add-ons won't cut or nerfed
