Balance suggestion for Boons: allow only one active Boon at a time

My suggestion is pretty straightforward and I'm honestly surprised I haven't see anyone suggest it before.

The suggestion is simple: allow only one active Boon totem in the map.

The reason for the suggestion is that in my experience a single Boon is manageable by the killer, but the real problem is when survivors bless more totems, covering a huge part of the map and putting a ton of pressure on the killer to snuff them. This simple suggestion wouldn't hurt the average Boon user, but rather the teams (and in particular SWF) who use multiple boons at a time.

Now there is something that needs to be addressed: what if more survivors have Boon perks? Well my idea is that, while only one totem can be blessed at a time, any survivor can re-bless it, adding the effect of their perk that might be missing to the Boon. This way solo players wouldn't get cucked by other survivors, but all have a chance to contribute to make the Boon stronger.

Once I see a team is setting up boons all over, I go from casual tunneling to actual tunneling. There's no time for nonsense.
