Rework 1 weak Perk
Im curious to see what people would do.
I see a lot of posts about perks being overpowered or just unhealthy for the game.
This Thread is about you guys picking one weak perk and how you would make it viable.

Drop the basic attack requirement and cooldown from Jolt/Surge.

Unnerving Presence.
Currently, the shrunk skill checks actually make it easier to hit a Great for some players, while not being a particularly difficult effect even for lower skilled players- especially since they're the type to run as soon as they hear the terror radius anyway.
What I propose is to keep the increased skill checks in the terror radius, but make them old Ruin skillchecks instead; you have to hit a Great or you fail the skill check.
