Meta perks fix/nerf

Dead hard: less distance travel, more invincibility frames/ bigger frame window. More skill based, less 2 chance for distance, but timed hit evasion.

Ruin: maybe 150% Max regression

Decisive: maybe a bigger skill check, but maybe gone in locker

Noed: al ready shadow nerfed, survivor bless a dull, killer then remove the boon, that totem will never turn to noed

Circle of healing: make it only a faster self care, no buff with medikits and teammates, al ready free medikit for all the team (and too much range)

Prove they self: not stuck at all, not with toolbox not with other prove not with other perks

Built to last: nerf toolboxes

Healing perk combos: nerf medikits and cap self healing speed

Adrenaline: maybe only one buff (the one you need depending only your health state). Give you only heal if injured, and only speed like right now if not.

Iron will: vs stridor= they nullify each other

Done. These perks are a little worse, but super meta. Less player with same build, trying more different things or perks.
