Is Licker Tongue underpowered?
It is a green addons that allow you to gain -->24/25 centimeters<-- against the survivor you are chasing when you hit him with the tentacle.
25 centimeters means you are 5/100 second more or less closer to your prey! How can you capitalize such small time window? Can you really work with it? Or you simply equip it and hope that it happen to be useful?
It seem that those microseconds are worthy of attentions, the clown addon needed a nerf because 5% (half of a meter of difference) was too much, but 4% is much better! The difference is 10 cm, now you will catch up 2/100 of second later!
In order to have a comparison, spine chill saves you 3/100 of second vaulting but it is a perk, you not lose it after your game and it is only one of many effects the perk does.
How much viable is a perk (the tongue) that need to land an hit in order to MAYBE save 1/20 of second in a chase?
