2 million bp for grade reset will be a disaster
I heard they will be giving us 2 mil for grade reset and im thinking ######### are they doing now everyone is going to be running around with op perks because you can get 2 1/2 bloodwebs to level 40 meaning 7 teachables god help us

If people wanted to run meta perks all day every game, they would have grinded for those first. Also, getting 2 million assumes that you get to Iri 1 on both sides. I know people keep saying "Oh by that's so easy, just play the game and you get there." However it's not an easy thing. It's not easy whatsoever. I'd like to think I play a lot, even too much, yet I've only ever gotten to Iridescent 1 once since the new grades and new reset were implemented. At best outside of that, I've hit Gold III.

It's 2 million BP for hitting iri 1 from ash 5. You have to be putting in a lot hours in the month to his iri 1. I really don't see an issue with this.

Speaking as someone with a full meta build on both Killer and Survivor because I main 2 Killers and only main 1 Survivor, it's just going to bring noobs up to the options that Vets have faster.
And even if you have a full meta build, you need to have the skill to utilize it effectively. (Apart from deadlock, that's literally just free stall)

It wasn't the case when nemesis came out and we were having up to 6x BP ( with 5 cakes + 4 BBQ stacks), so what makes you think it'll be like that now?
But for sake of the argument, let's say you are right. At that point bhvr can start by making iri stuff pop up once every 4 or 5 webs, but complaining about them reducing the grind is..... Wow.

Being able to easily unlock all the perks is not a problem. It should have been always like that. And even after these increased rewards it will stay pretty grindy. They should remove perk tiers as well.
A potential issue could be that players will be maybe able to afford to run the strongest addons all the time. I am not sure if it is really a problem, but having weaker version of the same addon will become useless (unless they want to stack them).

we had someone around the 5th anniversary- different person- saying we were getting too many bloodpoints and it would "break the economy". minority of the community, but definitely more than one person.

BHVR has to roll a dice get a nat 20 8 times, rework freddy, Spirit, and Nurse 80 times, do exactly every change the community asks for, summon god out of the sky, cure every disease known to man, and find a way to make immortally real just to appease this community slightly i’m starting to feel bad for bhvr now

This would effect pick ratios for perks. Maybe the devs will be able to see that players don't pick the meta because the option wasn't accessible yet. Will probably shorten memish play time for a lot of players.

Imagine complaining first over more BP and then exaggerating over the amount once per month that is equal to maybe 33 good bbq/bps games.
As if people that managed to get to iri 1 simply by perseverance wouldn't make that amount in less than 31 days.
Let's all be grateful for the option, not certainty, for this amount of extra BP.
It still requires a not small amount of dedication to play exclusively DBD every month to reach iri 1, especially for the double.

Not to point fingers at anyone here but there is one YouTuber who I hate now because of this change. The devs finally address the grind reduce it by making you get 2 million points and then this guy complains the players are leaving and there still supporting a ######### match making system(which is has flaws) and says giving us more points won’t help. Are you ######### kidding me they address a problem and you bring up ######### so stupid

I play soloq survivor
I play soloq survivor (and killer) and it's definitely much easier to hit rank 1 than it was, mainly because you cant depip once you climbed to a new numbered rank. So i can't imagine how easy it would be to do in a swf. Killer though is harder now although it used to be easier than survivor IMO.

Glad someone has the brains to say it. When I saw the change I couldn't breathe, just what the hell were they thinking. The devs are clearly delusional and have finally gone off the deep end. This is how they kill their game, and the funny thing is not one person asked for this. All they had to do was nothing and they couldn't even do that.

The BP reward is just to help brand new players. If you've been playing at least a year, you probably no longer have much use for BPs. Grinding BPs is not the reason the player population decreased by 30%. It's because of SBMM. Giving people more BPs isn't going to keep the player base. It will probably just encourage new players to stick around and spend more RL money, which seems to be BHVRs main focus.

In my opinion it’s a ######### fact that what this person said in the video is complete bullshit the devs address a problem and then he’s like oh no it’s just a ploy to trick you like seriously? They listen to feedback and this is what they get. I understand there not perfect and it took a long time to balance something but this is just stupid the one change everyone likes he says is actually bad. Like TF? I don’t need help im not suffering from any diseases until I just caught one after watching that video

Majority of the community won't consistently reach that to get the 2m bp unless they play all the time in which case yes they deserve the extra bp for their dedication in the game.
2m is literally nothing unless you're new to the game also.
Also yes - I get your post is bait - But I also don't fully trust the judgement of certain people here that you may convince you are correct.
