Inconsistencies between Hysteria and Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain when using Leatherface
PC - Leatherface:
Perks related: 'Hysteria' and 'Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain'
Note: The perk 'Hysteria' does not activate when instantly downing a survivor due to the condition not being met when using Bubba's Chainsaw ("When a healthy Survivor becomes injured by any means,"). This is due to the fact when a survivor is instantly put into the dying state from healthy, they skip the injured state.
Note: The perk Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain applies "a 9% penalty to healing and repairing actions until injured again."
Bug: The debuff applied by Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain is being removed when a survivor is put into the dying state by Bubba's Chainsaw, this should not be happening due to the survivor skipping the injured state and the condition not being met to remove it.
(One of these interactions is working as intended however it should be reflected in how the other acts. By their description Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain's debuff should not be removed and Hysteria should not activate)
(I understand this is a very minor bug for the game at large but I would like it fixed)

I looked through the template and all these points of information were found unnecessary
- Map (this interaction can happen on any map)
- Frequency (this will happen everytime with 100% certainty)
However I forgot to add my logs; I'm not sure if it is large or small however it is 4 years worth of logs or so.

the debuff from gift of pain would be removed no matter what if you get instantly downed since you can only get healed to injured state from the dying state which removes the debuff from the perk
