We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PC - Lost flashlight after exiting through the gates

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : In-game bring a green flashlight with two addons.
Step 4 : Exit the game through the gates while flashlighting the killer or within 1-2 seconds of beaming them.
Step 5: Check survivor inventory and the flashlight is gone.

- Noticed it a few times happen to me and my friends on different maps.
