killers perk buff (wish list within reason)
I hope someone likes my vision of perks, if you like I can release 2 part
I took majority lower perks that are not popular
1 Unrelenting reload speed on miss by 30/35/40,also reduces reload speed on hit by 8%.
pekr is in demand only for the Deathslinger or for beginners,let him get a second life in some builds
2 Shadowborn increases field of view by 13/15/18 but decreases in pursuit to 10/12/14
thus we try to find a victim from everywhere, and as soon as we find it, we concentrate on it
3 Coup de grace gives 2 tokens when repairing the generator, but the lunge range is reduced to 40/45/50
those 5 that right now have little to decide at all
and so 10 hits is at least something and you can somehow implement it and not run half the game without lunges, in the hope that we will spend this one token for the best case
4 Hangman's Trick
slows down hook breakage by 20/30/40% instead of alerting
we don't have any skill to protect the hooks, so let have it?
5 Knock Out
does not allow recovery during a knockout
a good countermeasure against the For The People skill of the upcoming buffed Power struggle
6 Fire Up also increases the speed of searching cabinets and hanging on a hook
7 Agitation increases the hanging speed by the same values as the speed
8 Deathbound also inflicts blindness

13 Trail of torment yellow highlight removed, cooldown increased to 90/80/70 seconds
14 I'm All Ears works within a radius of 48/42/38 meters from you with pumping perk
15 Surveillance increases the noise radius of the generator by 8/10/12 meters
16 Forced penance effect lasts 70/85/100 seconds, in addition to inflicts bleeding and a deep wound effect
17 Unnerving Presence increases the chance of skill check by 15/20/25% failure is accompanied by a scream of fear (like in poster xd)
this should increase the pickup of the Calm Spirit perk
18 Dying Light fading light now receives a token for any hooking.continues to work even when the obsession dies. obsession gives two tokens at once
