What killer should I buy?

I want to buy a killer that's good, not that frustrating to play against, fast-based, that doesn't get boring in 1 month of playing him (at least) and you have to play good to use him/her. Perks does matter too. And if ya'll can recommend who should I buy after so I get a good set of perks.

By buying, I mean buying for inredescent shards.

Actual considered good perks are from Trickster (No Way Out), Plague (Corrupt Intervention), Pinhead (Hex Plaything, Deadlock) and Artist (Grim Embrace). And BBQ from Bubba.

You sometimes can get them on the shrine.

Actually I feel pinhead is probably your best bet. He has a high skill ceiling so you're always going to be trying to improve with him, built in game slowdown, and all of his perks are pretty decent. Plaything, dead lock, and hooks of pain can also help with slowing matches down. Can't really go wrong with him.

Another fun and skillful killer is Pyramid head. But his perks and add-ons mostly suck.

If you're looking for speed then Legion, Blight, and Oni are your go to. Oni's ok, Blight's one of the best in the game, but takes some practice, and Legion is...fun. They can get the job done, but they can have a harder than normal time depending on the situation.
