Myers stalk rate efficiency in relation to how much evil gets drained from survivors

The wiki states each survivor has 10.1 stalk points in a match, and Myers stalks at a rate of 0.833 per second.

Myers stalk rate has a distance penalty, from 100% efficiency at his closest range (2.5m), down to 10% at his farthest range (40m).

Does Myers always drain a flat 0.8333/sec of evil from the survivor when he is within range? or does he drain evil from the survivor equivalent to what his stalk efficiency is??

In my last match as Myers, i was able to hit Tier 3 only twice, but already 2 survivors were fully drained of their evil, which leaves me to think evil drained is a flat 0.8333/sec.

Ill try and test it out with someone in a custom game, but thought I'd ask her as well.

With higher efficiancy, you should stalk faster, to reaching EW3 sooner, with the survivors being "drained" faster as well.

If you only stalked these two survivors and the other two not at all, you wouldn't get more than 2 to 3 activations of EW3. You need one survivors full stalk to get from EW1 to EW3 after all.

Another thing that might have happened, did you use addons which increase the amount you have to stalk to reach EW3? Namely the duration increasing addons or tombstone addons? That woul also cause you to take longer to tier up and give you less EW3 phases.
