We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Knock Out sound bug

I was playing a Survivor match. At the moment it started, I had the exact same sound as if I was downed with Knock Out. The fact is, it was a Leatherface doing his Adept. So the Killer had Knock Out. It eventually ended when the Killer picked up the Survivor they downed. The bug didn't come back later.
I don't know if anyone else experienced the bug during the trial as I'm playing alone.
I have a video of it that I can send through an email if needed.
