Why not increase the base regression from a generator breakdown

Now, people rarely kick a gene for nothing. If they don't have Pop. Also, a breakdown can be fixed instantly, and it may not have any effect. It is impossible not to take into account that now the main problem is that the killers have very little time. Especially if this is a simple killer, and not Blight or a nurse.

Therefore, I suggest increasing the base regression from generator breakdown to 50% (now 25%), Ruin to 75%.

I think this is a good idea

    Yes, I would like this. And it's not too opressive as one can only kick one gen at a time and it is counterable by someone just tapping the gen. Maybe apply this only when kicking and not by perks like Jolt or Pain Ressonance.

    I don't think increasing the base regression is the way to go, I think they should make it so that you have to work on a generator for the same amount of time it took to kick it before it'll stop regressing when you let go again.

    Whatever they do; gen-tapping has to be removed. It's BS.

    But it also benefits Survivors so it might be looked at, in another 5 years.

    This is fine also, since it's only a few seconds. I don't think they'll do it though since the devs like this tapping deal.

    It is kind of funny though, killers are already at a 4v1 disavantage and yet for every objective there is a long animation to wait: picking up a survivor on the ground, hooking, kicking a gen, wiping a weapon, while survivors hold m1 and are just vacuum sat at the generator instantly starting the progression...

    There's no good reason why a generator in regression shouldn't regress at the exact same rate as 1 survivor working on it.

    There are 4 survivors, all of whom can bring items, perks, and partners to make the gen speed far faster than the 1 survivor standard. On top of that, it takes survivors 0.001 seconds to stop the regression.

    Kicking a gen should be a small automatic damage and should regress at the full 100%

    Instead of gen tap to prevent the gen regression, the gen should regress until the survivor don't repair the gen at the exact % before it was kicked.

    Example cause i'm pretty bad at explaining : Gen at 80%, killer kick the gen, start regressing, survivor jump on it again, need to repair that gen to 80% again (showed by a bar maybe) for it to stop regressing. Otherwise, it will continue regressing until reach 0, at that point it will not regress anymore if it's not kicked again.
