PC - Killer locker grabbed out of sync and got stuck
Survivor: Jonah
Perks: Lithe, Windows of Opportunity, Borrowed Time, Boon: Circle of Healing

Frequency: Just happened once, but it basically ended the game, so I'm gonna report it anyway :/
Steps to recreate:
Just have the killer grab you on the same frame you try to enter the locker, and the killer will freeze. I think they won't be able to see you for the rest of the game, either. The killer attempted to hit me several times while I was fixing a generator in front of them (in order to leave) but could not, and seemed to be unaware of my location despite me trying to wave them over to a pallet so I could hit them with it to try to fix it.
