I can't get my cosmetics heeelp

So, there's the chinese event and 10 cosmetics for free, I got 9/10 of these cosmetics and went to сommunity guides to look for something free (bloodpoints). I remembered that I didn't get the LGBT flag, so I typed "PRIDE" in the shop. Then the 10/10 picture appeared on the screen. And now my David won't get his cool shirt. Help

I guess you will need to contact support on this to get your last cosmetic as the bug might take some time to fix and support can directly look into your account:

Can you show a screenshot of the Event Cosmetics - where it shows what items etc you have (basically a screenshot of the counter)?
