Nurse has received a silent nerf after midcharpter 5.5.0 update or is it a bug?

Nurse with a little cooldown between the first and second blink (Chain Blink Window). It changes the muscle memory a lot!! Also, the second blink distance seems to be decreased by 2 meters after the mid-chapter 5.5.0 update. please BHVR fix it. Don't change mechanics and muscle memory.

Probably an bug, in this mid chapter the is no power nerf for the nurse ..
idk maybe an conséquence for the bugs fixs
