Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Status effects display the Status icon in place of the perk icon
Whenever a status effect is applied for the first time, it should show you the effect icon in the red circle, with the perk name and icon beside it. However, it shows the status effect icon twice.
Here's an example of the HUD popup working correctly, for reference:
As far as I know, this affects every status effect, and happens every time. Cursed, Exhausted, Mangled, Endurance and Broken are ones I've seen personally.
