Decisive Strike Not following through after grabbed out of a Jigsaw Box

Description of the issue - When I was in a bear trap healthy solving a jigsaw box, I still have decisive strike active. I was grabbed out of the search animation and decisive strike skill check prompted and I hit the skill check, the success sound plays but my decisive strike did not follow through. Not only did not decisive strike fail to come out. Afterwards while on the pig's shoulder, I was unable to wiggle out. There was no wiggle bar popping up as such I cannot perform the wiggle animation to struggle out. Also I am on the new wiggle option via the beta.
Steps to reproduce it - I am not sure what causes the bug but following the described problem should reproduce this bug.
How often this bug occur - This bug occurred once so far. I play in public matches and dont often come across pig to know.
