i feel we should get ptb incentives for feed back and testing

Honestly too many treat ptb as a teaser mode than actually test stuff and majority of these forum complaints i feel didn't go on the ptb to give feedback or try the stuff out since it wasn't a big content drop. adding incentives would give the testing more consistency and be better chance to make sure things drop balanced

Doesn't really matter cuz they don't care, there was countless boil over complaint and BHVR just ignored it.
