Missing auric cells and iri shards (from the leatherface masks)

I know this is a known issue but during the rift bug I have tried to purchase the premium path and got charged around 300 auric cells for no reason without actually completing my purchase.
Also I am still missing the 6k iri shards from the masks, I know that they might roll later but all my friends and everyone I know already got them, I have proof of playing leatherface before the midchapter patch because I actually got the adept achievement on 17 nov 2021.
