waiting for bubba shards 2 days
guys you got same problem with bubba shards,
i was trying to write in dbd support but they answering 1 time in day and they wont belive me that I didnt got the shards.

The fact that so many people have reported this issue and they tell you they don't believe it is just ridiculous.
I don't know if it's normal but in my opinion they should also have a customer support center that we can call.
They don't even know how much money we spend on their game, i would love to speak someone from BHVR and tell them how I think about this. The fact that we have to put in this much work to get the shards is also ridiculous.
They don't even have the respect to email you back when you report or ask something.
If it wasn't for people like mandy and the other moderators we'd have a problem I think. So mandytalk if you're reading this, thank you for taking us seriously.

Mandy is on it and the (dev) team is aware and investigating the issue. It’s probably not been communicated to the support team when you contacted them..

I feel like Mandy is one of the few people at BHVR that put a lot of work in things like this.
The mere fact that someone is not believed for this is outrageous and shows again how little BHVR care about this. Without people like Mandy we would all have a problem and we won't ever get the shards.
