Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Survivor in a public match on Dead Dawg Saloon
Step 3 : In-game, go to the totem spot behind gallows (if you're looking from main building)
You can see the exact location in the video
Step 4 : Try to boon it if it's a hex totem
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- I played Mikaela and used the perk Boon: Circle of Healing
- The totem was affected by HEX: Plaything

This isn't a bug.
The reason you weren't able to bless that totem is because that actually wasn't a plaything totem - that was a pentimento totem which had already been rekindled (you can tell because they actually look slightly different - it's hard to see but it has more of a reddish flame effect than usual).
Rekindled totems cannot be blessed, which is intentional - your only option is to destroy it.
