NOT A BUG: Blood warden activating as soon as exit gate is opened before hooking a survivor

Platform: PS5

I (survivor) opened the exit gate and was immediately blocked from exiting and no one was hooked since opening the gates. I have a video if requested.

    Was it against Freddy? His black box blocks the gates briefly for sleeping survivors.
