Rift Pass still unpurchasable

When I try purchasing the rift Pass I get the error message "Archive Rewards Error: Error receiving data for Archive rewards menu. Response code:500"
I have force closed the game numerous times, but the problem persists.
I have also spent auric cells to see if that was the issue, and it allowed me to purchase a Feng cosmetic.
