PC - Boil Over bug!

I was playing as Nemesis on The Game map. I downed and picked up a Kate that had Boil Over. Just before I reached the hook, she disconnected, and the Boil Over effect remained for the entire match. The red Boil Over icon remained present in the bottom-right corner until the match ended. The effect too, since whomever I picked up afterwards, the auras of nearby hooks would disappear, and I would get swayed vigorously left-right.
So, Nemesis on The Game, Steam version of the game. It's clearly a Boil Over / DC bug.

This just happened to me today, also on Steam version, but with Doctor on Coldwind.
